Online data base ROTORsoft

The wind 7 AG places  with the so called "hosting" the data base ROTORsoft at their clients' disposal, to which you have access via internet from each location at each time. Thus all anterior procedures remain traceable and could be administrated and you can always have a look at the current situation of the wind farm. 

ROTORsoft readouts directly the present raw data from the technical equipment (wind turbine control, Condition-Monitoring-System, wind measurement mast, transfer counter, etc.) and transfers them in the data base. Only these data make an objectively technical analysis possible. Therefore the operator is in the position to get a really complete overview and more important to verify legitimated requests.

Thus no operating data are lost which is in practice often the case, when e.g. the manufacturer of a wind turbine replaces a defect processor. The old data are often not anymore availabe. Therefore it is not possible anymore  for the operator to proove the insufficient availibility. We save permanently all 10 minutes status and data of the day in the data base, so that all procedures remain also over longer periods transparent and traceable. Redundant fallback systems and automatically backups care for the security of the data.

In this data base not only the pure technically data, as e.g. wind, returns and maintenance records, are saved. You can also find all other activities and data, as e.g. guarantee data, content of contracts, etc.

Moreover we record and analyse - depending on the client's request - also all disposable present data of the wind turbine control in short intervals from 1-second to 1-minute period.

Our control technology makes a permanent variance comparison, which generates an automatically alarm in case of critical operating states and downtimes.  Thus times of nonuse are reduced and maximum profits are guaranteed..
