wind 7 AG expands its board of management

The supervisory board has decided that Veit-Gunnar Schüttrumpf will join the board of management with effect from 1. march 2010. Schüttrumpf will be responsable for the fields finances, communication, operational national business, manpower and organisation. Together with the long-time member of the board of management Stefan Groos, who will be responsable in the future mainly for the operational business abroad, for the acquisition of new projects, sales and operation and maintenance, he will also be in charge for the strategy.
"By this competent extension of the board of management we have met the requirements to lead the wind 7 AG - also in a difficult economical environment - in a fast way to a yield oriented course for growth", so Dr. Dirk Unrau, president of the supervisory board. "Thus the acquired international projects of Stefan Groos and the established network offer an excellent basis. In order to utilize these potencials better in the actual difficult times and in order to realise the aim of the IPO medium-term, the supervisory board has decided for this adequate completion.“, explained Unrau. Furthmore one has set the standard for the capital market and the shareholders with the capital expert Schüttrumpf. Just now the communication with the shareholders shall be intensified considerably.
The forty-one years old lawyer European Master in Law and Economics acted in the past as businessman and consultant for listed joint-stock companies in the fields capital market, communication and strategy. Furthermore he had been member of the supervisory board for several joint-stock companies.
