Purpose of the business is the development, the realization, the acquisition, the sale and the intermediation of projects which generate electricity from renewable energies in all phases of realization inland and abroad; the service of plants which generate electricity from renewable energies inland and abroad; the development of economic and under company law concepts for investments in companies in the field of generating electricity from renewable energies inland and abroad as well as the sale of such investments; to offer services of any sort related to the realization, the acquisition, the sale and the service of plants which generate electricity from renewable energies on one's own behalf or on the behalf of somebody else inland or abroad with similar purpose of the business.
